IDI is an association of lawyers, internal counsels, business people and consultants who share an interest in cross-border distribution of services and products through various intermediary models, such as franchising, agency, retailing and others. IDI provides resources on local circumstances in many countries around the world, for instance through information and reports on national legislation in various legal fields, legal texts, model contracts, etc. Our lawyer Anders Thylin is IDI’s Swedish expert on franchising.
