About Anders Fernlund
Anders has been active in franchising and distribution law since 1983. The business operates both nationally and internationally by representing franchisors or franchisees at all stages from the creation of a franchise system to potential disputes or international expansions or pure M&A transactions. Anders has been the chairman of Swedish Franchise, EuroFranchise Lawyers, and senior vice chair of IBA’s International Franchise Committee. Anders is both a Master of Business Administration and Sweden's only Doctor of Laws in franchise law.
