IDI - International Distribution Institute
IDI is an association of lawyers, corporate attorneys, businessmen, and consultants who have an interest in international distribution of services and products through various intermediary models such as franchising, agents, and resellers as well as other intermediaries. IDI provides resources on local conditions in different countries around the world, e.g., through information and reports on national laws in various areas, legislative texts, and model agreements, etc. Attorney Anders Thylin is IDI's Swedish expert on franchising.
